Volkertek has operated in the web development, digital marketing, hosting, and systems market since 2016, among other services, and has always maintained a commitment to protecting the data and confidential information of its clients and partners.
Volkertek's privacy policy aims to ensure the security and reliability of our services.
Registration data is used for internal control and client contact when necessary. Volkertek does not engage in the commercialization of this data with third parties.
All commercial emails sent by Volkertek include an unsubscription link. By clicking the unsubscription link, we will no longer send marketing emails.
Volkertek works with SSL technology, where data transmission uses an encryption protocol (HTTPS). All exchanged information travels securely.
We do not provide information about websites, systems, applications or projects hosted on our servers, nor about the emails that pass through them or the databases used by our clients, as established in the confidentiality and non-disclosure clauses of the contract. By hiring any service at Volkertek, the client guarantees that the personal data provided is true and commits to keeping it constantly updated so that the company can establish contact whenever necessary.
Volkertek collects information from website visitors through cookies, a system that identifies them as unique users. The exclusive purpose of using this resource is to better understand our users' interest in products and services and to improve communication. Introduction
Volkertek is always committed to the protection of personal data and information shared by users as defined below. This policy defines how data is protected in the collection, recording, storage, use, sharing, enrichment and deletion processes, in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (General Data Protection Law).

Definitions
- PERSONAL DATA: Brazilian law defines "personal data" as any data related to an identified or identifiable natural person. Collection of personal data
The collection of personal data is necessary for the Volkertek website to operate correctly, offering services and functionalities suited to the users' needs, as well as to personalize services, making your experience as convenient and satisfactory as possible.
When requesting personal data, the website may request the user's consent through the Consent Form, following and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
Requested personal data must be provided to allow your request for website use to proceed. Other personal data and sensitive personal data may be requested.
Use of personal data
Volkertek is responsible for the processing of its users' personal data or for forwarding it to designated partner companies and/or subcontractors.
Sharing of personal data
There will be transmission and communication of personal data between different sectors of Volkertek, with access by designated employees whenever necessary to enable the best experience and meet the user's needs.

International data transfer
Volkertek does not rent, sell or release data to third parties for the purpose of allowing any commercialization of its services, but informs that your data may be transferred and maintained in an environment outside your city, state or country where data protection laws may differ from those in Brazil but ensure a level of personal data protection adequate to that provided for in the General Data Protection Law.

Conservation of personal data
Data is conserved for the period strictly necessary for each of the purposes described above and/or in accordance with current legal terms. In the event of pending litigation, data may be conserved until the decision becomes final.

Traceability technologies – Web beacons
We use a software technology called web beacons (also known as web bugs, clear gifs or pixels) to support the understanding of which content is effective, for example, by counting Users who visited certain pages.
Web beacons consist of small graphics with a unique identifier, whose function is similar to cookies, and which are used to know if certain content is viewed. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the User's computer, web beacons are invisibly embedded in web pages. We can thus correlate data collected by web beacons with other data already collected.
User rights

All content on the volkertek.com.br website is the property of Volkertek and its reproduction – total or partial – for commercial or editorial use or republication is strictly prohibited, except in cases with written authorization by Volkertek. The use of content for school work is permitted, provided it is not republished in any media.

Terms of Use
Prohibited content
The content displayed and/or processed through your email accounts, websites, applications or other sites using the service must not contain any of the following types of content:
- Content that violates the rights of third parties (for example: copyright) according to applicable law;
- Excessively profane content;
- Hate-related or violent content;
- Content advocating racial or ethnic intolerance;

Prohibited actions
In addition to the violations described in the Terms, you may not allow any third party, including end users, to:

- Sending bulk email campaigns through accounts created or managed by our service that may compromise the deliverability of emails with ISPs;
