- On-site team: a technical group that works directly and physically on the servers, ensuring the proper operation of systems and the physical security of information;
- Management team: a team that handles server settings, processes, and protection, while continuously monitoring our services;
- DevOps team: a team of developers who work together with the other two teams to ensure that applications run correctly.
In addition to the teams mentioned above, we use several tools that continuously monitor and track our applications. This allows our teams to perform fast and efficient interventions whenever any service becomes unavailable.
